Hajj and Umrah include entering the state of Ihram, performing Tawaf around the Kaabah, walking between Safa and Marwah (Sa’i), and other rituals such as standing in Arafah (for Hajj only). Our Ustaz will guide you through each step.

Umrah can be performed any time of the year. Many prefer to go during Ramadan or school holidays. El-Zahra offers seasonal packages to suit your schedule.

You will need a valid Singapore passport, recent passport-sized photos, proof of vaccination, and completed visa application forms. El-Zahra will assist you with the entire submission process.

Accommodation is included in our packages. El-Zahra arranges hotel stays close to the holy sites to ensure your convenience and comfort.

Pack Ihram clothes, personal toiletries, comfortable footwear, a small bag for essentials, medication (if needed), and your travel documents. We will provide a detailed checklist before your departure.

Yes, performing Umrah on behalf of someone else is allowed, especially if that person is deceased or physically unable. Kindly inform El-Zahra during registration so we can guide you accordingly.
